CPNP Notification services
For a cosmetic product to be placed on the EU market, cosmetic compliance should be achieved and a responsible person must be designated to the specific product. According to Article 13 of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, the responsible person must submit product related information to CPNP e.g. Cosmetic Products Notification Portal. Once a product appears in the CPNP, there is no need for any further notification at a national level within the EU.
PIF must be kept for a period of 10 years following the date on which the last batch of the cosmetic product launched in the market. Your information is safe with us.
